1.分段及吊機(ji)的選擇
根據施(shi)工現場的(de)實(shi)際情況,結(jie)合鋼(gang)(gang)構件的(de)總(zong)重量(liang),進行(xing)吊裝(zhuang)機(ji)械的(de)選(xuan)擇及分段數(shu)量(liang)。首先考慮吊裝(zhuang)機(ji)械的(de)一(yi)般起重量(liang),工作半徑,并(bing)結(jie)合鋼(gang)(gang)無梁(liang)拱(gong)總(zong)重量(liang),底部混凝土柱的(de)柱距等,確定鋼(gang)(gang)無梁(liang)拱(gong)分段數(shu)量(liang)及尺寸,根據單體重量(liang)最大(da)時的(de)起重參數(shu),進行(xing)吊機(ji)的(de)選(xuan)擇。
2.拱形屋面安裝總體流程:
1)首先進(jin)行鋼柱及鋼柱之間的連(lian)梁拱形屋(wu)面(mian)安裝(zhuang),
2)為(wei)了(le)使屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)結構形(xing)成(cheng)穩定的體系,所以對(dui)兩端(duan)(duan)第二段中間(jian)拱進(jin)(jin)行(xing)拱形(xing)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),并進(jin)(jin)行(xing)兩端(duan)(duan)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)梁和鋼(gang)柱的拼裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拱形(xing)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),同時對(dui)兩端(duan)(duan)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)梁之(zhi)間(jian)的連梁和水平剪刀支撐進(jin)(jin)行(xing)拱形(xing)屋(wu)(wu)面(mian)(mian)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)
2.5、卸荷
1.總體思路
在卸荷(he)前,整個(ge)鋼結構荷(he)載(zai)分別由(you)鋼柱(zhu)、支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)架(jia)及主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)承擔,卸載(zai)時支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)架(jia)上(shang)所(suo)承受(shou)的(de)荷(he)載(zai)逐漸(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)度到(dao)鋼柱(zhu)和(he)主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)上(shang),最(zui)終形成穩定的(de)承載(zai)體系。卸載(zai)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)是使屋蓋系統(tong)緩慢(man)協同(tong)空(kong)間受(shou)力(li)的(de)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),此時整個(ge)屋蓋系統(tong)的(de)內力(li)重新(xin)分布,并逐漸(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)度到(dao)設(she)計狀態。在卸載(zai)時應(ying)遵循“變形協調(diao)、卸載(zai)均衡”的(de)原(yuan)則,采(cai)用從中(zhong)(zhong)間向(xiang)(xiang)兩(liang)邊逐步卸荷(he)的(de)施工方案(an),先卸載(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)間拱(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)支(zhi)撐(cheng)(cheng)架(jia),卸完后(hou)再(zai)進行主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)卸荷(he),兩(liang)榀主(zhu)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)應(ying)同(tong)時由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)間向(xiang)(xiang)兩(liang)端(duan)進行。
2.卸荷具體施工過(guo)程:
1)在主拱下各支(zhi)(zhi)撐架的支(zhi)(zhi)撐點的H型(xing)(xing)鋼梁上設臵(ge)型(xing)(xing)號為QL50的50噸螺(luo)旋千斤頂,支(zhi)(zhi)撐點上設臵(ge)一個。
2)在每個螺(luo)旋(xuan)千斤頂(ding)(ding)的頂(ding)(ding)部(bu)利(li)用Φ219的鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)做(zuo)套筒,再在鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的頂(ding)(ding)部(bu)做(zuo)與拱架角(jiao)度相同的支托做(zuo)為臨(lin)時支撐。
3)調(diao)節(jie)螺(luo)栓千斤頂(ding)(ding)的高度,使支托支撐(cheng)在拱(gong)架的底部,頂(ding)(ding)緊到位(wei)。本(ben)文轉(zhuan)載自(zi)專業制作“拱(gong)形屋(wu)(wu)頂(ding)(ding)”、“拱(gong)形屋(wu)(wu)面”、“無(wu)梁(liang)拱(gong)”、“無(wu)梁(liang)拱(gong)形屋(wu)(wu)頂(ding)(ding)”、“金屬拱(gong)形屋(wu)(wu)頂(ding)(ding)
4)在(zai)每(mei)根H型(xing)梁千斤頂的落位處設臵鋼(gang)板卡碼,固定千斤頂,防(fang)止千斤頂在(zai)支撐H型(xing)鋼(gang)梁上滑落和失穩,
5)待所(suo)有支撐點(dian)上(shang)的臨(lin)時千斤(jin)頂(ding)支撐到(dao)位、頂(ding)緊后,按(an)照從中間到(dao)兩(liang)邊的順序逐漸拆除原(yuan)臨(lin)時的支撐,讓主拱逐步落位在千斤(jin)頂(ding)支托上(shang)。
